I love it here. 2015

I love it here,
is an illegal site-specific drawing in 3M reflective tape installed for an exhibition produced by Ground Gallery. The exhibition was created to respond to a vacant mansion in West Point Grey, Vancouver. The doors outlined, trace the original entrance of the home, found on the realtors pre-sale posting for the house which featured several photographs of the entrance. I used the image of the double doors with glass windows in their centre, to recreate a site-specific drawing made visible through directed light. Now boarded up along with all the windows, the house is currently uninhabited yet priced above ten million dollars.

I love it here. Reflective tape, vacant house. 2015.
